We would love to host your party or private event at Luck Factory Games. We offer an array of options including game selection, game teaching and food and beverage choices for parties of 5 to 105. Hosting your event at our board game café will help you keep your guests entertained, while everyone stays longer and enjoys the time celebrating together. Our private special event space is available in three hour blocks:
- Groups of 15 or more guests can reserve the private event space. The event space seats up to 45 comfortably.
- Booking rate is $10 per person. The number of guests you reserve at booking is the minimum amount you will be charged for. Additional guests will be added to your final bill.
- A $200 minimum purchase is required to reserve the event space. The minimum can be reached with admission, food and beverage purchases.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of estimated party cost will be invoiced to you via email. This will apply to your final balance and is required to hold your date.
- 18% gratuity automatically added to parties of 15+.
- Customers have the option to bring in catering or cake when booked in our event space (only). A $25 cake fee and $50 catering/cake fee paid to Luck Factory Games applies.
- Some Luck Factory Games food and beverage items must be ordered by the Sunday prior to your event. Please ask for details.
- Two 42″ and one 65″ TV screen are available for video with HDMI connection.
We can also reserve tables for your party (up to 14 guests) in our main game hall at our regular $5 per person daily admission rate (reserve here). For this option, outside food/cake is not permitted, however we can create an in house food and beverage package that is perfect for your occasion. We can also reserve you a table in the Gibson Mill Market food hall for cake or other food/beverage following your game session.
